Alrighty, I've decided to do a contest. It'll be a nice long one too. I don't have much in the way of prizes but I did have an idea. See I'm currently writing a book, it's a short story. I thought it would be cool to have some illistrations (sorry my spelling sucks). Also a book cover would be nice as well.

Alright it's suppose to be a horror story. Young girl, about 5 years old gets adopted by a 15 year old and his parents. She was wondering the streets of New York in the late 19th century. About 15 years later, she's about 20 years old. Not very curvy. Looks a little gypsy like. Has brown hair and brown eyes, but pale skin and beautiful.

Her foster brother, Jonathan, is tall, sorta built, but also lanky at the same time. His hair brown as well as his eyes, but his eyes are slightly a darker brown then his hair.

Jonathan's wife has long golden hair and golden eyes. She's very beautiful, almost angelic like.

The mother, well here's how i described her in my story: "At the head of the women was the most beautiful woman I had ever seen. Her dress brought out her eyes which were the most blue I had ever seen. Her dark hair placed neatly on her head, small strands gently shaping her face. Her lips were of rubies and her cheeks of roses. She seemed to glide as she walked over to John's father. An aura of wisdom seemed to surround her." Although seeing as she would be older later in the story, just add a streak of silver to her hair.

The father: "He too was lanky, although not quite as tall as John. His hair was slightly grayed, but still had most of it's honey color, and he looked as if was in his early 50s. However, he seemed to give off lots of youthful energy, especially as he spoke."

Now later on in the story the father dies. The brother becomes possessed by evil. Now when he does his look changes. He becomes very thin, his skin tight, his eyes kind of sunken, his hair stringy and grown out. Even the skin on his face becomes tight, making his mouth look..well he looks ghoulish. Now he looks this was after the possesstion EXCEPT when he slaughter's his wife. Then he looks like his old self again.

Now I'm also looking for a cover for the book as well. If you guys need more details, please message me. I'd be happy to share them. i'd send you a copy of the story except for 2 reasons. #1, I'm paranoid someone is going to steal my story. #2, I'm not finished writing it yet. It's a short story, but it's still in progress.

The rewards. If I like your illistrations (again I'm a horrible speller), then I will use them for my book, give you credit, tell the publishing company (when i find one) and such. I'm very serious about this story. however, like most books it'll take a while to write. So you guys have until i'm done with the book (which I'll let ya'll know as I get closer to finishing it) to send me you art work. Do NOT send it on here. I want you to e-mail it to me.
